  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999

Extended Service Areas:

  • North India: Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh
  • Delivery Time: 4-7 business days
  • Shipping Charges: ₹99 for orders below ₹999

Pan-India Delivery:

  • Coverage: All major Indian cities and towns
  • Delivery Time: 7-12 business days
  • Shipping Charges: ₹149 for orders below ₹1499

Our wooden accessories require special care during shipping:

  • Protective Packaging: Each item is wrapped in bubble wrap and eco-friendly packaging
  • Moisture Protection: Sealed packaging to prevent humidity damage
  • Fragile Item Handling: "Fragile" labels and special handling instructions
  • Temperature Control: Shipped in climate-controlled vehicles when possible
  • Custom Wooden Crates: Large furniture items shipped in custom wooden crates

5. Order Processing

Order Confirmation:

  • Order confirmation email sent within 2 hours
  • SMS notification with order details
  • Expected delivery date communicated

Processing Steps:

  1. Order Verification: Payment and address verification
  2. Artisan Assignment: For handcrafted items
  3. Quality Check: Each item inspected before packaging
  4. Packaging: Careful packaging with protective materials
  5. Dispatch: Handover to courier partner with tracking

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Number: Provided via SMS and email once shipped
  • Real-time Updates: Track your order on our website or app
  • SMS Notifications: Regular updates on order status

7. Delivery Process

Standard Delivery:

  • Delivery attempted between 10 AM to 6 PM on working days
  • SMS/call notification before delivery attempt
  • Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made
  • Signature required for high-value items (₹2000+)

Special Delivery Options:

  • Time Slot Delivery: Choose preferred time slot (₹50 extra)
  • Weekend Delivery: Saturday delivery available (₹75 extra)
  • Express Delivery: Next day delivery in select cities (₹199 extra)
  • White Glove Service: Assembly and placement service for furniture (₹500 extra)

8. Undelivered Orders

If delivery cannot be completed:

  • Package held at local courier facility for 7 days
  • Customer contacted for redelivery arrangement
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery
  • Package returned to ETHEERBE KART after 7 days
  • Refund processed after deducting return shipping charges

9. International Shipping

Currently, ETHEERBE KART ships only within India. We are working on international shipping options and will update this policy soon.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Box addresses
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Areas with restricted access or security concerns
  • Remote locations not covered by courier partners

11. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Items:

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damaged item and packaging
  • Replacement or full refund provided
  • No questions asked policy for damage during transit

Lost Shipments:

  • Investigation initiated after 15 days of dispatch
  • Full refund or replacement provided if package is confirmed lost
  • Claims processed with courier partner
