1. General Cancellation Rules
At ETHEERBE KART, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our craftsmen.
Cancellation Window:
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Can be cancelled within 2 hours of order placement
- Handcrafted Items: Can be cancelled within 6 hours of order placement
- Custom Engraved Items: Can be cancelled within 1 hour of order placement
- Large Furniture: Can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement

4. Late Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel after the standard cancellation window:
Order Status: Processing
- If artisan has not started work: Full refund minus processing fee (₹50)
- If materials have been purchased: Refund minus material cost
- Decision made within 2 hours of cancellation request
Order Status: In Production
- 50% refund if less than 25% work completed
- 25% refund if 25-75% work completed
- No refund if more than 75% work completed
- Assessment done by our craftsman team
Order Status: Ready to Ship
- Order cannot be cancelled once packed
- You may return after delivery (see Return Policy)
- Custom engraved items are non-returnable
5. Refund Process
Refund Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-7 business days
- Net Banking: 2-5 business days
- UPI/Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7-10 days
Refund Method:
- Refund processed to original payment method
- For cash payments, bank details required
- ETHEERBE KART wallet credit available for faster processing
- Refund confirmation sent via SMS and email

11. Automatic Cancellations
Orders may be automatically cancelled in these situations:
- Payment Failure: If payment cannot be processed after 48 hours
- Address Issues: If delivery address cannot be verified
- Stock Unavailability: If raw materials become unavailable
- Quality Issues: If item doesn't meet our quality standards
- Fraud Prevention: If order appears suspicious
In all cases, you will be notified immediately and full refund processed.
